They are wrong and do not know what silver sneakers is. They have silver sneakers. Not sure of the classes but i know the have one on tuesday mornings in the fitness room because it was going on when i was there yesterday.
There isn't one. Also, as a runner you should know that the treadmills are in complete disrepair. The locker rooms are filthy and I have seen two fist fights in one year- one on the basketball court and one in the parking lot. I would cancel if I had options in my neighborhood. The only pro is that it's super cheap.
