Is there a "dollar spot" at this Target location? I keep seeing "youtube" vids about targets dollar spot. Do they mean the $ 1. 2. & 3.00 items near the entrance that I've seen at other targets?

Yes they have it and there is many items for those prices. Plus you can check for the small displays of items that are on the clearance rack. They normally have a few around the store and saving are good as well.
