I just hope you all talk to management about that. I always order online n pay when I get there, I have no problem. Good luck with that
Should not have paid full price for drinks if we ordered there and waited on the orders...
Sadly, it is the beginning of snow bird season. This means longer waits, less parking, and more traffic.
The last couple of times I have been there I have been disappointed. Spaghetti over cooked meats boiled in water,, instead being simmered in the sauce, Chicken Parm Over Cooked, Mentioned It To The Server and didn't see him again until the bill showed up.
Sometimes the staffing is short there.
Maybe things have changed maybe people have ordered and didn't come in to retrirve the food ordered and as a result they decided to change the call in order
Never heard of having to drive there to place an order. We have ordered ahead many times with no issues.
Call headquarters and complain also call management and they should send you coupons for free stuff i never ordered on-line always went in to eat and if there where any issues it was taken care of right of way or vouchers for free food on next visit
Never had a Problem Always Good Food And Service
Poor management there. From the FOH to BOH. I'll never go back.
