The price is reasonable, but the rooms are a bit run down, the beds are quite noisy. In the bathroom, the bathtub does not drain, so water accumulates when used and the hair dryer has very low power. The kitchen is equipped for 4 people, has a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The towels are changed every day if you wish and the sheets when you want. The cleanliness of the room is excellent. The administrators do not provide good service. We had issues with people in one room who set off the fire main and water pooled on the 17th floor, the entire hotel alarm went off at 3am and no one from the staff was in the lobby to let us know what was going on. We were 1 day without elevators. Complicated for those who stayed on the upper floors. They also don't have phones in the rooms.
It's not really a great hotel, but for the location and the seafront the price is reasonable. Luckily I hired him through New Point, which is one of the three administrations, and they treated me very well. But I saw that the other administrations were a disaster. My hair dryer broke and after 5 minutes they gave me a new one, in an unused box. The bad thing is to get towels for the pool you have to leave the card as a guarantee. The rest all good.
There are nice rooms and other ugly ones most have very few owner of the hotel. The view is the best of everything else ......
