You can go at any age. They even carry children. Only to break alcoholic drinks you must be of legal age
Any age to enter but you have to be 21 to drink. I brought my 15 year old daughter here at 11pm on New years Eve and she was allowed in.
The Marketplace itself is all ages. The Deck part...at night at least is 21 and over. It is lots of fun either way because you can hear the music from any area.
Most of the time is free for everyone. Usually, at 10 p.m, it becomes 21 and older (so, if you're there from before...)
