I know they were very rude to me as well, I just returned that aggression with kindness. Lol. I know it confused them but enough people continue it they will change. Also I think there is a lot of frustration in that field as well as others with being forced to receive a vaccination if you want to keep your job which I think is ridiculous.
I do not know, I bump into friendly employees. When I was in my teens, I'm 60 now, My Pastor, Pastor Jordan preached a message about a Waitress with a bad attitude, He told us to show love to them because you never know what they are going through. Love them anyway. You could be the very one to help them to get their breakthrough.
Well from what I understand there are several locations that are by appt but there are days you can walk in or drive thru without one. I think they should be more clear as to which are and which are not. There still is no reason to be rude however.
I went to the Hy-Vee on 108th and Fort and the same thing happened to me. They were very rude. Perhaps they need a customer service refresher course because they seem to have forgotten that part of their job.
That is strange as I've heard they do walk-ins.
Sorry to see that. I was in Tues Oct 26 around 5 pm and got right in and out. No problems. Perhaps because Tuesday's are shot days. 3 pm to 7 pm. But daughter and I went in last two years and got shots immediately.
