El paisano butcher shop 17th Vinton St
What I'm searching for is "Barbacoa" like from San Antonio, Texas. (Cow cheek meat, that's roasted and comes out more delicately silky than any pot roast). Some restaurants sell it, but only as "street tacos." I'm looking to by it by the pound, not just as little tacos. Thanks for any and all help! 😉
This store is used feca. All very expensive and no variety. They don't have ceviche or chile water... Feca means false or in English FAKE
Barbacoa is a type of meat usually made with beef goat lamb or mutton. You'll have to make the entire dish/meal you have to make it from scratch basicly.
