We don't hold lanes for bumper use only, the reason the lanes were down is because we cannot give the lanes next to a league to non-league bowlers. These lanes are reserved in case of a break down and as a buffer between league and non-league play. We also do this because non-league bowlers don't always know lane courtesy, and can walk out in front of league bowlers as they are playing.
If you want an answer for that call them. This isn't the website for Western Bowl and you aren't paying me to be your personal assistant.
Not to butt in but, I know his frustration.. I do not know the person with the complaint. I myself have been there on all you can bowl nights and it is alittle ridiculous.. The league bowlers do go over time wayyy to often, pushing out the general public ALOT! That in its self must cut into your potential revenue.. There were instances were a few folks and myself had to wait upwards of 30-45 mins to get in because of lane shortages due to "league play" that dragged on, forever..! I've also seen potential customers walk out do to long waits on leagues "still going".. There should be a remedy to this.
