For a 15 yr old what do they need to do to come in and get a piercing?

I think they might only do 16 and they would need ID with at least last names or same address and parent/Guardian will need to sign off

Some piercers won't even work on people younger than 18. If you don't like calling the shop they're very responsive to messages on facebook

You'll need a parent/guardian to sign off on the piercing, as well as proof of identity - so you'll both need to bring in IDs of some sort. There might be more to it, I recommend calling the shop!
