Actually, you'll need to go to Liquid Courage (the sister shop) for that. Sailor's Grave is walk-in; no appointments. Also, they don't tackle multi session tats there. The artists rotate out from Liquid Courage, so you might not have the same artist without an appointment. Regardless, you're talking excellent work, done by talented artists, in a friendly, comfortable environment. Good luck on your sleeve. I'm already jealous!
That will depend on the hours spent designing and actually tattooing your arm. Figure on about $120 an hour and several three hour sessions for a full sleeve. You get what you pay for so this is not the time to be cheap, this is art you will have for your entire life and don't forget to tip and use sunblock.
