I suggest you call call and ask I'm not sure they pierce babies don't hurt to ask but they are good at what they do and would great care of your baby I wouldn't go to Claire's not like they use to be hope this helps
I thank y'all for your answers but those are two places I don't want to take my baby.
Go to Wal-Mart in lake Manawa. Ask for Sheala (Shayla) she did my daughters ears and did awesome with her.
I'd try Claire's.
