They have the worst customer service, they do not answer calls, they close early, they make you wait for a world. That they put new people with desire to help.
I have called every week since the year 2018 began and they do not answer !!!! Vagos !!! Useless!
Call the consulate in Washington, they answer right away and give you the information you need.
They will never answer you phone calls, if you do not want to continue wasting your time go down pa miami to the consulate personally

Well I called and they responded immediately and it is more the first class service in Miami, I rate from 1 to 10, 11, maybe the numbers are not
