To receive a Rewards Card at the commissary you can simply ask one of the Sales Store Checkers at the registers or at the Customer Service Window. The Star Card is a credit card offered through the MCX and accepted at the Commissaries as a form of payment. The MCX Rewards Cards are not redeemable at the commissary .
Or a authorize patron by employment.
The customer service desk can help you if you are active duty, reserve, or retired. It is located just inside the MCX main doors on the right.
Go to the customer service desk. They have the applications and can tell you if you're eligible.
