I have a very small (375 lbs empty weight) utility trailer from Lowe`s. I do not have the bill of purchase since it is 2 yrs old. Do i need to get a plate and register it if i want to take it out of SC? Thank you.

It should be registered if you are using it for daily business. If it will be on the road as an automobile daily it should be registered and insured.
