Hi. My wife and I are going to buy a trailer to tow it to Humboldt county. are searching for a place for our trailer as a permanent residence. Your rv park was recommended to us as a possible site to call home and pet friendly. Would like opinions.

I have passed often. It has a market and a Mexican restaurant by it. I don't have an RV. It looks like a safe good place to live. It's on the outskirts of Arcata

They don't have permanent spots per say, but you can call and talk to the mgr and he will let you know if there's availability for a monthly spot. We are grateful to be here, its a great place!

We only stayed one night, but loved the location. I don't remember too much noise, but we were also enjoying a vacation, so that's not a memory that would stick out. It was a very nice park to stay in for the night.

There are lots of permanent campers. Grounds are ok. Just off freeway so you hear the noise all the time. I only stayed one night.

We stayed a week before Thanksgiving 2020. Was quiet and well kept. Allowed our two dogs (one at 80 lbs). However they didn't offer long term residency at that time. All the spots were filled.

Yes i believe they have long term campers. Stayed there for multiple nights and do not recall any freeway noise. But my motorhome is a 2015 with good insulation so YMMV.
