It's been run horribly and I feel so bad for the young staff and customers that are dealing with this.
Yep, couldn't agree more ! I started using their App, and followed the instructions (i.e. give the code, 'BEFORE ORDERING'), and the young girl on the speaker told me "I can't do that." What made it even worse, is that I had to wait through that whole line of cars, in the drive-thru line, to get the heck out if there ! Haven't been back since !
