Who over sees the worker, if the worker is a family member is employed by IHSS and is also the full-time payee of the family? Why would this person gets paid with the person's social security check and work outside the home fulltime and get paid for working for the disabled person? Does the person getting paid need to pay the person she has watching him all day?
