It is definitely not. My daughter had a cat but not a lot of money. They only would tell her to surrender the car and refused to help her with anything affordable. (But you bet they charged her ANYWAY)She went to another vet that started within her finances, have her suggestions to do at home and by the NEXT DAY the cat recovered!
