Awful service as in there wash station does a horrible job. I stopped going there

You can do it online, in person, or over the phone. It is really accessible and easy to do, especially if you go in person. You infact can go to any location to do this(or to use your membership), not just the one you signed up at. Another easy way if you don't want to contact them at all is to cancel your credit/debit card and then get a new one. No manager is needed for a membership cancellation, and if needed they can provide a cancellation receipt. :)
