My mother is having the same issue. I advised her to take her documents into the Westerville location on Schrock. I was there two weeks ago and there was no line outside, we walked right in, put our information in the kiosk. They only ask for your name, phone number and what service you need. The kiosk assigns you a number and you take a seat. It was not a long wait and the the staff was very friendly. Hope this helps, God bless!
Yes I have never ordered through the mail, however, if you have you should be able to go into this location on W Schrock and dispute it with them at the counter. It won’t take very long even if there’s a line they are the fastest I’ve been to. Since you have the cancelled check and invoice they will be able to cancel the online order and warrant a replacement on site. Sorry to hear you went through that I know that is frustrating. You should be able to resolve this in as little as a half hour.
