20 something a month 4 blackcard and 1 time every year anniversary 40 dollar fee. 20 one year fee 4 the 10 month fee.
10.00 dollars if you only want to visit one location each month, 22.00 if you want to visit any location of your choice. You can also bring a guest if you have the 22.00 dollar (black card) membership.
$21.94 for black card members, not sure about whitecard holders.
