I used to work there!...their should be an emergency maintenance number to call in case of maintenance emergencies like water heater or a/c failures!...someone usually is on call to check things out and if it is something beyond maintenance capabilities then they'll relay the problem to the office on the next business day and they'll call out an a/c tech!
