Tou have to keep calling. If it is a 'recording' you keep listening to it and it will let you get in touch with them. I was able to talk to them. They are SUPER NICE.
They use a standard answering arrangement. You get sent immediately to recording that informs you of the available options. General questions and comments is option five. There is no benefit for then to cold answer a hot phoneline, it would limit their ability to engage fully with the customers onsite, and even before the ability to get virtually anything answered on phone's internet, the vast amount of answers being saught are from a laundry list of reoccurring facts one can easily accesson their own via a faq page, mild site browsing or utilizing any of the options from the listed menu. A unique question is rare, and in cases of emergencies they usually arent actually, or if envolving a worker, their is usually a seperate line for such things, or a code to enter during initial menu. Did i miss anything? Lol.
That I cannot answer because I have never called.
