I've only ordered the posole. It was pretty spicy, but not over the top. It was good, but I prefer it more mild.

Don't know about the heat of the menus, however I can tell you that their good is the best I've ever had. They cook with the best ingredients and healthy too. The Camarones A La Diabla is. tremendous
