Only had their burgers and fries. They are very much above average. Patties are cooked fresh and not over done. The meat taste like fresh beef and is not over seasoned. The produce is fresh. It is better than all chain places in my opinion and is one of two places my boys and i go every week for our Burger night. The fries are good but a little inconsistent. Sometimes a little over done sometimes a little underdone. Never too salty, i sometimes as salt that is at the table. The customer service and friendliness is outstanding!

It depends on your definition and expectation of "great". I personally wasn't disappointed, it's old fashion burgers. I would go back.
