I order a battery for a flash professional external device but had to go out of town due to parent illness overseas. When I pickup the battery I asked if I can traded it for something else but the person was VERY rude. Hate this place

I have never had a bad experirnce here. The helpers are awesome

Why post on here we are Google guides you need to take hour complaint up with the management of the place. I had good luck with this place and no problems with staff.
