I been on the phone for more then 20 min and nobody picking the phone up. I need to apply for Medicaid. My question is would they still attend me without an appointment?

Yes. It is open to walk in services to apply for Medicaid and Food Stamps. You can also apply online at EPASS.com for both programs.

Yes walk-ins are accepted if you have internet you can also apply online.
