Yes, but not to the second floor.
Sure, you can sit outside on the patio, or enter through the side door, they are very accommodating.
We are handicap accessible via our Main Street entrance. We offer our full menu on both levels; however, we do not have an elevator to our 2nd floor.
If you go around to the side entrance, I don't believe there are any steps. I'm not sure if they have an elevator to their upstairs though.
