Does this company have an emergency number for when the equipment breaks and the house is flooding ?

Hi Gail, If there is a problem with leaking equipment you need to bypass it. All our equipment is installed with bypass valves. This allows the homeowner to shut off the water to the equipment and still have water to their home. If you can not bypass the equipment, you need to shut off the water to the house. After you have stopped the leak call our office. and we will get someone out there ASAP. Thank you for the question

Gail, I am not aware of an after hour # or Emergency #, but you need to immediately go to your circuit breaker box and turn off your well pump!
