Why are the restaurants so cold and claim they cannot adjust temperature? Like food but hate being uncomfortable. Recently left before ordering because it was like a refrigerator

Thermostat is on the roof and only maintenance can adjust them...and its waffle house way to be cold bc its such a small place it keeps the germs down

Yes and i love the food to but my food gets cold faster than i can eat it. And they can adjust it they have thermostats on them to set to whatever temp they want. I understand they get Hot work but customer's are why they get a pay check and TIPS. I agree 100% with Glenda.
