Just went to pick up a carryout order for my grandmother (just had surgery) and when I arrive I am told that if she is not there in person I'm not able to use her card I offered to have her call and explain the situation. Manager wouldn't even talk

Shouldn't be a problem at all. Really all they want is payment.

Never hers of this, my kids use my card all the time if im sick or unable to go out. I would call and curse someone out. If she gave it to you to use and you no the pin# there shouldn't be a problem. But i also use Dominos cause oizza hut had float moad in there tea. Iv never been back there since. Good luck, sorry about your problem.

Never have ran into this issue with a debit card. If credit card I'm not sure.
