You can call the store and ask to speak to the Customer Service Manager ( CSM). Make sure you write the person's name down because there are times when you have to call back if your question was not handled.
I would go in the store but if you cant, you can vet the number from google and call the customer service desk
I believe going in is the best approach. There is a number posted that when you call you press the number of the department you want. Either would probably work.
If you are calling to make a complaint, don't bother. They don't care, if you call the 1-800 Walmart, you are wasting your time there too. They don't care about your complaint, they will act as if they do, but the managers are overworked and grossly underpaid, and have too much to do. Your complaint of a rude cashier or dirty restrooms will be the first thing on their list of cap to throw away at the end of the day.
