Question when I tip my server .Do they get to keep their tips? I heard from other places the tips are taken and split among other workers and owners, I don't agree with this practice.

I agree it’s wrong to spread one workers tip for a whole section among others and if you put the tip on your table in cash separate from bill it goes straight to them or even in their hands.

Tip the servers in cash if not the owners take half there credit card tips which is way too much. There tips is the only money they get. Taxes get taken out on top of that as well but if you tip them in cash they keep it all.

It's called spreading the love?
