They leave their phone off the hook purposely they've also been instructed to stop keeping $5 hot and ready hot and ready they are now supposed to have the extra most bestest hot and ready and that's what they charge for unless you specifically ask for the classic hot and ready
That happens to me, too. I try calling head because usually their hot and ready pizza's are never ready, but as you said they don't pick up.
