There a lot of yes and no answers here. The best thing to do is call the establishment prior to visit.
I have never seen any dogs at the Old Oyster Factory when we have been there. I can't imagine that they would allow them other than possibly a service dog . Although I do not know if they do anything different in off season months.
If you are going to eat in front by the fire pit yes they are allowed. But, if you are going to eat out on the deck overlooking the water and no they are not allowed. You must travel through the restaurant to get to the deck overlooking the water and pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
We are at Old Oyster Factory and they do allow dogs.
