I have a OLD iPad that when it’s connected to t the internet the apps crash every time I’m using them, Iv tried everything to fix the problem but nothing seems to help. Is there anything that can be done to fix it or is it just a lost cause?

A format through itunes will probably solve it. I would call and see if they can help. If not apple has a chat that you can go to for help.

Its probably not able to run the newer IOS.
