Hi. How do you deal with a car that has a problem ? Do you just check the surrounding areas based on sign and symptoms customer gives or do u give all around check? Do you charge customer again if problem occurs again?

Yes its fron another dealer and they thought they figured the problem but in 2 days the problem persists. They said they would charge if it's different from what they fixed. Which shouldn't be, they didnt find the cause of problem, so it's their end. But they gave me discount for supposedly they found solution. I dnt knw.

I don't know if this is a problem with Meriden Hyundai or a dealer you have dealt with but I would suggest you go to a forum for hyundais put in your issue we have many qualified modders and people who know how to deal with known issues and give you ideas of what to do or try or how to deal with the dealers or area Representatives
