A lot of business have gone to touchless pay, but your larger retailer still accept cash.
I have noticed 5-6 businesses in the area without change, I guess it's because of the national coin shortage. On a side note.. apparently if you have a lot of change to spare, there are some businesses that will give you more than it's worth, so they have change for their customers.
