I never place an order over the phone because when I am there I can always see their behavior as they make the food. I want to make sure that my food is handled correctly, so by me being there I can make sure there's no funny business going on. I know that not everyone will agree with my style and angle but it works for me. But as far as this Burger Fi goes, they ALWAYS get my food right! The employees have always treated me well, and got my order correct.
