Why does It hurts when you spend $115 and receive poor service? The waiter thought more about sweeping and cleaning than about us. Do Red Lobster train its employees? It was as if Red Lobster replaced our waiter with the busboy.

Great atmosphere and the food. The service is sometimes bad. But management is very nice and they will get it fixed right on the spot.

We stopped going to Red Lobster for the same reasons. I think it has to be the management and the staff.
