I'm in desperate need of shelter and a safe place to keep the little bit of clothes that I own so I can go out and find work. Do I have to pay immediately to stay there or do they give you a couple weeks free to find work and then start paying?

I do believe that you will have 1 week to find work and make a first payment. My son used to stay there about a year ago. Please, be careful of who you become close to while you are there. Not everyone who stays there is friend worthy. Tends to be allot of drama!
