Do they deliver?

I bought the kitchen cabinet in there. They couldn't get it in my trunk or my front or back seat so they told me to go across the street to Pep Boys to get tie-down straps. So I came back with him came in and let them know I was there and they could send to two guys out.next thing I know management is coming out saying they cannot put that to my car and strap it down it's against the law it's anything falls off they're not responsible. I told them they need to let their help know that because they're the ones that told me to go across the street to Pep Boys to get it. I was mad cuz I spent $27 on the straps. So no they do not deliver but I just wanted to let you know what I went through. Home Depot does it, and Lowe's
