How may I get in contact with the manger of Catholic social services because when I call their number for assistance, no one picks up the phone.

U really can't get a manager. Best times to call are usually round 10:00-10:30am aftr theyv slowed down checking the 9am appointments in. Its usually busy during that time.Then usually after 1pm after lunch. Lunch is 12-1pm. They close at 3pm. Hope ths helps you out. Oh yea, Mondays for energy assistance is really hard cuz they only take calls for 1 hour. Good luck, may God bless
