No, they don't give upgrade credits like Game Stop.
No credits, donations only.
Hi Tony, No we do not do upgrades at The GRID. We've also seen some false things on this thread, so we would like to take a moment to clear some things up. The GRID is a retail store owned and operated by Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, an accredited nonprofit organization. Any donation you make to The GRID is tax deductible. We sell donated products in our stores, and about 90 cents of every dollar we make from selling these donated goods goes to support our mission of providing job training and other employment services to people in our community free of charge. We truly appreciate your support!
Acctually you can not take this off your taxes. Not sure anyone really is trying that. Goodwill is not a non profite organization. A common misconception and goodwil blatentky lies about this all the time. It is 100% a for profite organization and goodwill donates 0% of the money they make. Do not donate to goodwill ever. Donate instead to the salvation army.
No they are part of goodwill
The Grid is a division of Goodwill Industries retail stores. Any donation made by funds or equipment is just that, a donation you can possibly take off on your taxes to this non-profit. Purchasing any item in their retail store is by cash or credit/debit card only. Checks not accepted.
I believe they might , not sure.. Type in. The Grid on Google maps and the number is listed.
