I have a 2015 Kia Sorento and it has three tires on it AR p235 65 r17 and one one that is p 225 65 r17 would that hurt my vehicle if I just left that smaller tire on there temporarily? it's a front-wheel drive vehicle

It is not really good for any vehicle to run different size tires. It shifts the weight to the smaller tire and adds stress to that side. I would recommend replacing it.

I think maybe it would off balance the vehicle. It's probably ok for a short time.
