I have been on hold for the furniture dept. for 41.21 minutes now. On a different phone I called the Macy's at Town Centers main number... there is NO option for furniture and NO option for Customer Service??? Why cant I speak to someone?

Try calling the store but dial another department and ask for the person in charge. Explain your situation, just like your comment. Ask if they can give you any direction in the matter at hand. If that doesn't go work, send a email to the corporate office. I hope that helped and good luck 🤞
