As a former student I'd highly recommend their kids classes. I observed many times and they teach them respect and hard work etc. While at the same time allowing them to be kids and 1 time a class they'd take a break to rest 5 mins and the kids seemed to enter play mode lol. Then when the teacher called they'd run into lineup. Basically they instill the merits of a discipline like martial arts does but they make it through making the kids enjoy kung fu vs punishment like pushups for instilling the "if I don't listen this will be punishment". You can observe a class if you're not sure. If they start early and stick with it, I know it'd help them mold into a better person and add confidence respect and are humble about fights, and not bullying. Also if they ever need to protect themselves. But its about avoiding the fight in the first place, that is their primary goal for being part of their value or honor system. Well morality maybe is a better word. A++++ school.....
Please see our schedule here: www.wahlum.com/schedule We have 4 classes per week for kids. M/W/F @ 5:15pm and SAT @ 11:00am
I am a student and my son attends. Yes they have classes for kids starting from 3 years old. Price I think depends on how many times a week, whether others in the family attend and which payment plan you choose. I think you can call the school or stop by. Also they offer observation/trial class.
