Hi, The other day I purchased 14 $100 I tunes debit cards. Unfortunately it was a scam. I never touched them and I have the receipt for the sale. Can I just bring them to customer service and get a refund for them?

Yes ask for manager thry will give you a hard time. No refund call 911 show them receit.

Suddenly, since COVID a whole lot of stores are denying refunds. I think because anyone who could normally help you... Isnt answering. I bought a phone with a defective touchscreen feom Dollar General & filled out a form on the BBB website, then called corporate and got the REAL number to the district manager. I got the refund 2 months later (today) The one old hag at Walmart will freat you and MAKE ACCUSATIONS that your item is stolen if you dont take her lying answer (we dont take returns on that/ANYTHING!) I asked for a manager and got an exchange for the 2 $33 solar lights. Now the exchanged ones stopped working!
