I’m 17 and I want my nipples pierced, my sisters 18 and is my other legal guardian, is it ok for her sign off or whatever for me or am I at a good age to not need consent?

No sadly for anything chest down other than naval u have to be 18 no exceptions legally

I believe you still need consent from your guardian until your 18, when you turn 18 you don't need their consent anymore.
