Yes u can stay on ur boat. They charge a fee for livaboard. There are facilities to shower as well.

Yes you can.there are toilets and showers.water and elec. At your site in the work yard. Call Ahead to make sure there is space for you and to schedule a haul out..the yard has open spaces now.
There is a bathroom, you are able to sleep on the boat while in the work yard. Other than that it is pretty remote
